Lyrics:

Born into a scene of angriness and greed, dominance and persecution
Mother was a queen, my dad I've never seen, I was never meant to be
And now I spend my time looking all around
For a man that's nowhere to be found
Until I find him I'm never gonna stop searching
I'm goin' to find my man, gonna travel 'round

[Chorus]
'Cos I'm a wrathchild yeah I'm a wrathchild
I'm wrathchild I'm coming to get you, oooh yeah

(More interesting trivia in the vid up above at the moment)

Say it doesn't matter ain't nothin' gonna alter the course of my destination
I know I've got to find some serious piece of mind, or I know I'll just go crazy
And now I spend my time looking all around
For a man that's nowhere to be found
Until I find him I'm never gonna stop searching
I'm goin' to find my man, gonna travel 'round

[Chorus]
'Cos I'm a wrathchild, well I'm a wrathchild
Yeah I'm a wrathchild I'm coming to get you, oooh yeah

  • One of the greatest opening one-two punches to any rock album. This was the first with Martin Birch as producer and Adrian Smith as co-lead guitarist and their swan song with Paul Di'anno before he got FIRED. I still say Killers was the better of the two Di'anno albums. To correct you but Adrian Smith plays the guitar solo fills. Murray does the main solo but the intro solos to verses were by Smith.

  • @tjrrockandrollmaster Yes, but I think that mini-solo in the beginning is Murray's, fills could be Adrian's - but i could be wrong - I don't make much difference between two of my favorite guitar players xD
