New LED hoop

I got the hoop a week ago and I wanted to test it out, and hula hoop (of coarse). On the egotistical side... My muscles look amazing.

All it is, is once you're on one leg hooping you just sorta jump in with the other leg and it ends up where you kinda pick the hoop up with the knee that's already in it, I kinda do it by accident. I found jumping back in the hoop was the easiest way to get both legs back in the hoop.
