Finally! I've been dying to make a video to some material from ZeitGeist. I was completely inspired and after finally buying the album and listening to it, I chose the perfect song. It only took me about 4 hours to finish.
This video is all footage from the movie Fahrenheit 9/11. I claim no ownership to neither Michael Moore's movie nor Smashing Pumpkin's music. I tried to capture the image of one of SP's most powerful songs yet in this video. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks for watching!

  • wow! you did an excellent job, you edited this in a brilliant way! i guess those pictures came into billys mind, when he wrote zeitgeist...awesome 5 *!!!

  • Hey thanks alot! I wasn't really expecting anyone to like it. :)

  • Great video. Really expresses the brutality and dangers our soldiers have had to be put through during this war. Its a shame a lot of them dont even know what they're fighting for anymore.

  • Thanks. I wanted to actually express pretty much the brutality of it all on both sides. On a side note, in the film one soldier actually states that he doesn't even know why they're still in Iraq..

  • Well fucking done! Powerful vid to a powerful song. As an American & vet I'm conflicted between duty & conscious. A soldier should only question when human rights or the rules of engagement are paramount otherwise the purpose is defeated, however, one should live by a strict moral code & set it above all precedence. On one hand I wish I had been there with my comrades in arms but on the other hand I'm glad I didn't fight Bush's war, the Commander in Thief! Afghanistan maybe Iraq absolutely NOT!

  • I completely agree with Michael (I think thats him.)

The music was absolutely perfect and this video was exasperating, but in a good way. :)

    Great job.
