When I try it on Windows 2000 it shows up two partitions on the hard drive but says "Windows not found" when I try to reset the password on any partition. When I select reset password, it just brings me to step one. PLEASE HELP!

I have seen where trying more than once will do the trick. Try to also reset the password for the Administrator account. Then boot into safe mode where you will be able to login as admin. Then you can reset all passwords from Windows. Let me know how it goes.
