The company is a scam operation BUYER BEWARE! there tricky clever never mentioning on there website there based in jerusalem for one! They have a fake phone number you call and its a answering machine? The phone number appears to be a U.S.A based phone number too so dont expect a person to answer? They have several sister sites under different names as well so GOOD LUCK if you buy from them an they get your credit card info too! Junky scrap metal jewelry we been had girls DO NOT BUY!

@Gemerial Mine came in the same thing, apparently you have to pay for the box. Seems a little silly especially when you are paying that much for a necklace.

-The charm (name) is extremely thin and I'm afraid it is going to break very easily
-The birthstone is fake
-It did not come in a pretty box, I really wish you would have mentioned in this video that you have to request a box or else it does not come in one
