I've been getting into her music quite a bit as of late and am ready to caste my vote... She is a complete genius! Between flawless vocal gymnastics and beautiful compisitions she has duly earned her reputation as one of the worlds greatest musicians.
I love the way she fuses styles without seeming gimmicky.

I love the odd mixture of styles: oriental melody & harmony structured into a sort of Bachian jazz & the incongruous operatic richness of vocal color. She seems as perfectly natural a musician as one could hope to find. If we add the HAIR as a bonus..!
