He completed a postdoctoral dermatology fellowship for academic clinician teachers at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the Jefferson Medical College in 1993. He completed his internship and dermatology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
