http://www.Man-Boobs-Begone.com - I've never really considered myself overweight, yet still my sagging man boobs were always present. I had Gynecomastia, although at the time I didn't know that was what it was called. Yup, I had man boobs and they weren't pretty. But through a very specific exercise regimen, diet plan and natural hormonal alterations, I was able to make them go away. I will now show you exactly how I did it.

  • In the beginning, focus on inclined bench. You want to raise your overall build - not weight down your chest.

    Generally pubertal gynecomastia will dissipate around 18. If not, you may have an underlying hormonal condition.

  • @losemanboobs Do push-ups help? I have noticeable gynecomastia, but my chest and upper body are very strong. I can do at least one thousand consecutive push-ups even after running several miles at top speed. Unfortunately, while my upper chest has fine definition, my lower chest still sags. Gynecomstia has brought me much psychic pain throughout my life. The next person who makes a negative comment about my man boobs is going to get a hard punch in the mouth. . .

  • so how to differentiate between pseudogynae and normal gynae? just by palpating and feeling for glandular tissue? can imaging help too? i.e. USS or even x ray?

    pseudogynae/gynae is so fuking psychologically debilitating, it has forever made me self conscious and governs how i live my social life. unfortunately i can't wear all the clothes i want as they highlight the fuking 'bitch titties'. it's a fuking curse. then again life could be worse and you could of been born BLIND.

  • If you have Gyno the gym wont make it better. In fact working out your chest will make it stand out more. The fat gland that causes gyno lies on top of the muscle so increasing mass on the chest area will only push it more outwards. Go to the gym for healthy reasons and to look overall better, but limit your chest workouts and i only recommend to do incline exercises thats it. Other than that losing FAT% is the only way to make Gyno look smaller not disappear but less obvious.

  • @JohnyJrWhite FALSE! please dont start with random information. Gyno is a fat gland tissue and not a cancerous cell. Odds of cancer is way below your estimation specially in males.

  • @paulrondeau Ok heres the thing. Gynecomastia CANNOT be removed by working out. The tissue in gyn is not fat it is breast tissue, so it is impossible to burn it off. In face doing chest exercises will make things worse as the muscle behind the gland will increase in mass and the gyn will be pushed out further. Pseudo

    -gynocomastia, which is fatty breasts CAN be resolved with exercise. If you want to lose Gynecomastia you need to have surgery!

  • This isn't Gynecomastia he's talking about, it's called PSUDO-Gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is actual mamary gland, exercise isn't going to do a thing for Gynecomastia

  • Does Turmeric really help out??? I have been doing solid workouts for 2 years now and i've had almost no results. I lost over 40 pounds and I still have gyno. I can even see my abs, but my gyno is still there....help me
