There's another good induction in this video that happens while Kris is chatting with me.

This video is Part 2 (See part 1 for more background information). Kris--a young police officer--describes his experience after being hypnotized by me at my place (he was visiting me for the first time, with a mutual friend, Josh). In this video Kris mentions that a stage hypnotist who had visited his high school several years ago was not able to hypnotize him. So, he was pleasantly surprised that I was able to hypnotize him. (I hypnotize him again in this video using an overt yet partially conversational induction).

@CATostrophicpogostic Yes, hypnosis can help people remember past events. However, the memories might not be completely accurate because the mind tends to fill in gaps with manufactured/imagined information. During hypnosis, this manufactured/false information could become perceived as being truth. This is why testimony given under hypnosis is still inadmissible in most courts. Recovering memories with hypnosis is difficult because a hypnotist could inadvertently create false memories.

I have a small question. Do the hypnotized person remember what they have experienced when they have being hypnotized or not? Or it is just about saying them something like: You will forget everything that just happend." if you want them to not remember at all?
