Richard "Ric" Kuney

Age 56, of Adrian, passed away, September 24, 2009, at Toledo Hospital. He was born August 18, 1953, in Adrian, MI, the son of Richard D. Kuney & Frances E. Michael. Ric owned & operated Toledo Street Barber Shop along with working at Collins & Aikmen in Manchester and recently was employed with Adrian Taxi. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family. He is survived by two daughters; Addie Kuney and Autumn Kuney both of Adrian, his grandchildren; Alianna Kuney and his expected grandaughter due October 13, 2009, his brother; Robert (Sharie) Turner, his step siblings, his mother; Frances Michael of Arizona and step mother; Geraldine Kuney of Adrian, his aunt & uncle Norm & Pat Long of Adrian and dear friend Yolanda Mobley of Adrian. He was preceded in death by his father Richard D. "Dick" Kuney and special cousin Jackie. Visitation will be Monday, September 28, 2009, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM with an informal service starting at 4:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian. At Ric's request, cremation will follow.
