Pullups are awesome, but for a lot of people, they are not attainable. The TRX provides some new progression options to help more people become pushup empowered. Or at very least, it provides a vertical pulling option for those who aren't strong enough to do pullups.

Here are a couple of exercises that can help you get to your pullup or chinup goals:
