Lingyin Si Temple was only a few kilometers outside of Hangzhou. I thought the rain and drizzle only enhanced the beauty of Lingyin Si. The cliff named "Peak Flying From Afar" had over 340 exquisite Buddhist statues in grottoes dating from between the 10th-14th centuries.

Just beware of the incense-bearing tourists. It's easy to become a human torch from the giant incense sticks being waved around you. FYI, we discovered that Pagodas are constantly burning down from careless incense stick devotees...
