Here's the simple math I use to stuff it in the face of "the experts" when they say we're attempting to violate the "Laws" of conservation of energy. Please feel free to use it to stuff it to them too.

1) The best I.C.E. is 18% efficient, 20% on a good day.
2) The process of brute force electrolysys today has been pushed to about 85% Faraday.

Note: Based on the caloric energy available from burning Hydrogen, by using Faraday's "Law" to translate from electrical energy it is estimated that 100% efficient hydrogen electrolysis is achieved by creating somewhere between 5.5-7.5 milliliters of gas per minute per watt of energy consumed. Members of our research group have run the numbers several ways which all seem to point to around 7.0 m/m/w or mmw for short. Many of our cells have operated as high as 6mmw or roughly 85% efficient

3) The product of electrolysis is HHO which has it's own energy value, up to 85% of what we put in.

If all we considered was the return of energy value when we inject the HHO as a suppliment to gasoline, then yes; Conservation of energy applies.

HOWEVER!

HHO as an additive does more than return 80% of the energy we put in to create it. It's properties enhance the slow burning gasoline, speeding up the rate of combustion, causing much more of the total combustion process to be translated into mechanical energy rather than being lost as waste heat out the tail pipe, raising the efficiency of the total system. Returning to the simple math...

4) Let's say we're able to translate just 10% more of the total system energy to mechanical energy. We have still not violated conservation of energy, only raised the total system efficiency to 28%. But that's an increase of 55%!!! Now deduct the energy loss of 15% to create the HHO that made this possible and you still end up with a total net gain of 40%!

This is not rocket science. It's simple math. And it works. The reality is some are getting even more, up to 35% mechanical efficiency, 94% gain, -15% to create the HHO, 79% total net gain. That's 54 MPG on a car that started out at 30. People are doing this. It is working. The move is on and there is no stopping it.

I very much disagree. Ozzie says in the book to use a glass mason jar. I'm here to tell ya, that is incredibly unsafe. Would you want to have a premixed combustible gas in a glass jar under your hood. Would you want a glass propane canister hooked up to your backyard grill. I thought not. I wouldn't either. HHO is many times more powerful than propane and deserves respect. Glass is just plain stupid for hho.

I agree, you are dead-on. Anyone trying to use HHO in glass containers is flirting with disaster.

I had a plastic container explode into a million pieces and I'm glad it wasn't glass, or I probably would be dead or fatally wounded.

I can't believe people are still trying to push that water4gas garbage. Using SS wire for fuel cells is not efficient. It heats up too fast and melts the plastic inside the cell. It is only a matter of time before a spark occurs and then a fuel cell becomes a bomb.

Its my opinion that this guy is purposely trying to give dis -information in his design in order to pollute the safety of this technology.

I feel only an idiot could use these combinations and think they are safe, and as he speaks like he knows what he is doing YET hides his face...?

I believe his dis-information is deliberate to actually put people off this technology by way of mishaps.

glass vs pvc .....well your asking for trouble with both.

pvc=

could be stronger and shows up on xray but not great and could melt.

glass= not so strong but dont melt and it shows up on xray fine down to .5mm maybe smaller

3 - I agree with you dont use glass, use clear plastic or rubber. Is really safer.

This is an awesome ad for someone to sell a product. A fake mask, probably a fake story. "Buy my Miracle ________".

And FFS don't use stainless with your HHO Generators unless you have a SAFE way to dispose of the TOXIC WASTE you produce as a byproduct from the chromium(in the SST).

people, if you read this, don't make this. It is a waste of your money, it is the worst way to build an explosive device. It is far from efficient, I know because i build a similar device and it sucked.

I am lucky that nothing exploded in my face. If you want to build something, build a dry cell.

For a Pem cell i have some platinum wre and have some old boards that have platinum inside..So I want to grind it up and place it in between the polymer..I saw a quick glimpse of the cathode and anode...this to make elctriciyt by adding hydrogen..Which I need ot build ,,Stainless steel wire is what I will use TY
