Enchant it with "banish" and any cheap soul gem. Make sure that when you enchant it, you make it the strongest with the least amount of charges. (all the way to the right) The price goes from $40 for the petty soul gem and $10 for the iron dagger to $1600+. Like this so people can read it.

You must disenchant a weapon with an enchantment. That's how you learn enchantments:)
It is an option at the arcane enchanter. Hf

Im actually not sure, I've only tried with "fire damage".
I think the xp is the same, but the price in the shop might be different.
