Select snatch videos from 8-15-09. Have been working snatch form with lighter weight for a while; 8-15 was first time going heavy on this lift. Did 10 total snatch attempts after warmup drills and light snatches, ranging from 105 to 170 (didn't get to the third pull on 170, gave up on that one. I felt fairly fried at that point and decided to call it a day). This video shows the 125, 155, and 165 snatches.
Pretty happy with the lifts overall. Goal will be a body weight snatch (~185 lbs).
Snatches were performed in Mount Pleasent SC at Lowcountry Crossfit (lowcountrycrossfit.com).

Looks pretty good, might want to keep your head up a bit more, eyes focused straight forward (not up), might help you get in a slightly better jumping position.

Wow...nice job dave! I can only power snatch for weight. I gotta get over that mental block of going deep with weight. Good job, keep up the good work!
