Its really great of you guys to do this. Lots of times high level fighting game players are too high on their horse to even post something useful in a thread, not to mention going to these lengths.

King can only reverse kicks, and NONE of them are chickenable

Wrong, king can reverse high punches with b+1+3. His b+2+4 is used for mid/high kicks.

So Namco rounds numbers down, even when count the % for the lifebar in T6?

160 out of 180 = 11.111%
159 out of 180 = 11.667%

and yet, Rip said it still showed up as 11%
