It doesn't take a couple of hours to make that video. Just watch tutorials :)
For empty frame around your neck, pick the image you want to freeze, export that as a still image, then, starting at the exact right moment, track that still image to the corners of the frame....The reverse would happen for putting the frame onto the neck. Basically we track our image up to her face, and then make the layer disappear at the exact right moment....
