  • Amazing! Fantastic work!

Which masterkeyboard have you used to convert it into a "diy neko"?

  • @Roelli I used a CME uf 50, but since then I build a big one also with a yamaha KX 88 keybed (which ofcourse has a much nice touch and feel).

    Thanks!

  • Something a little OT. I used to play all my Hammond sounds with NI B4II which is mentioned in this video, then I discovered a vst called VB-3 by GSI and that made a great difference. If you like real Organ sounds that's the way to go. Other than that...Forte is a nice piece of software ^__^

  • @iononcentro

Absolutely, I discovered that one! VB3 is very good .. bought it when I heard it. Never used B4 after that

  • Hi Cupa, brainspawn forte is the main software you'll need. For soundcard I am very pleased with the RME hammerfall DSP Multiface .. very low latency. Next is a solid mainboard from Gigabyte or supermicro. For touchscreen go elo, or some oem brand. Windows XP x64 is solid as a rock for this. The rest is construction, i used multiplex wood and aluminum for this model .. but a flightcase with a small rackmount server on your masterkeyboard will be fine too! Good luck, any more questions?

  • @chielio72:

Do you have any pictures of the keyboard and the construction? I built a "zen riffer" keytar myselfs, but a complete keyboard seems to be hard to do. Did you made a new wood-frame for the keys, motherboard, psu...?

    Thanks!

Do you have any pictures of the keyboard construction? Just for inspiration...

Did you made a wood frame? by the way... I've got a cnc machine for making aluminum panels... if you need some. ;-)

  • hello can you explain me how your build your master keyboard with the touchscreen ?

I'm very interesting to get this kind of setup keyboard using a touchscreen and play your favorites vst and vsti.Tell me in details piece by piece how it's buid.

    Thanks a lot
