This is my ER500. It has had a fair bit of work spent, some of which isn't visible here. Here is a list of what has been done.

Puig flyscreen, blue backlit display (only really visible at night), progressive front springs with 15w fork oil - not 10w - sorted vague front end out! , goodridge braided hoses, ebc sintered pads, powerbronze crash bungs, powerbronze belly pan with custom mesh (myself), DID alloy sprockets and chain, Anodized sprocket bolts, Hagon rear suspension - single BEST BUY EVER!, Beowulf Stainless Radiator Cover, tank protector, custom mesh on the side panels (myself), satin radiator cowls (myself), blue fuel cap bolts. oh and avon roadrider tyres.

will hopefully get an aftermarket exhaust - can only seem to find remus. any suggestions?

any questions, dont hesitate to ask. - i will get in touch!

  • Hello there.

    Ur bike is really awesome.

I got an er-5 to, can u tell me where i can buy the shields/kit u have on urs.

    Best of luck with it.

    Byggemandbob :0)

  • @byggemandbob24 thanks :)

The screen is from a company called Puig, would cost about 40 euros i think.

    Bellypan is from Powerbronze.

Full list of extras in the description.

    Glad you like it,

    All the best. Ant.

  • Hi nice bike looks mint, did you braided hoses make the braking any better? the brakes on my er5 are crap!!! not that i use them very often lol

  • @vauxcorsasri yeah braided hoses on. the bike has about 30,000 miles on it now so the rubber ones felt a bit vauge. the single hose set up was about £35 with fluid but you need EXACT banjo fittings each end. they do make a difference as your brakes dont fade under heavy braking so much (unless the discs are scorching hot ;) ) As long as the system is bled properly then yes its worth it as they offer better feel so yes they're better than stock.

  • I own a fully streetfightered ER-5 spent shed loads on it and it's 10 times the machine it was before =) This is a nice piece of kit but where's your exhaust?? Am running a GSX600FW Titanium Scorpion on mine and bro it's insane !!!

  • @UneducatedCheers Definatley agree original exhaust sounds awful,

I've got a Remus Revolution on my Er-5. Sound Amazing :-D

  • Beautifull Er5, I like it.

If u search a new exaust u can look Rombo Racing from Italy, they actually produce an exaust for the Er5 or a used Gianelli, both with a great sound.

  • Stick a bigger tyre on the rear....I could get a 160 on mine when i had it....looks much better than a standard 130

  • I got Sebring exhaust on my ER-5, such a great exhaust! (It really turns people heads!)

Sebring exhausts maybe bit more expensive, but I higly recommend that! ( I'll post a video of it when spring comes)

With original exhaust the bike sounds like my lawnmover :D No offense!
