Don't know that this is that good a technique. What if your opponent is smarter than the guy in blue and pins your knee to the mat and outweighs you by 40 lbs? I don't know many who would not pin your knee to the mat. You're pretty much stuck and the technique becomes useless.

yourpunishment, sounds like you dont know BJJ, why the hell would you give up a perfectly set up armbar to go for a heel hook? thats like me giving up a sunk and deepb rear naked choke to transition to an armbar because his arms flailing.

He was awarded his black belty by Nogueira brothers, this alone should be enough to be reconigzed as a "true black-belt".

@felo790 agree, he submitted to olympic level wrestlers in Hendo, and sonnen, and finished BJJ black belt in travis lutter, if that doesnt constitute you as a true black belt, then idk what does.
