This is my version of Steve Wards mini SSTC, its running at 210 Vbus on a half-bridge of IRFP460s.
As I have blown a couple of mosfets today already I kept it at low voltage for this demonstration, peaks at about 400W into the coil.
This is just the first demonstration of it running with audio modulation. More to come later on :)

  • I added links to the info, the bridge in this movie is from the SSTC I and the audio modulator is on the schematic for the SSTC II.

    You can see which capacitors that are polarized and not in those schemtics.

  • i wanna see the driver board lol :)

    is it correct that c1-c6 are all non polarized?
