I have a smiling face when I saw the Angel Yoona but it turned into grumpy face when I saw the Anti Yoona!

People, you can't even consider that "fat" it's more like chubby. And probably almost all teenagers are like that, unless you are obsessed with your weight. People go through changes, it doesn't have to be plastic surgery like all antis suggest. Makeup, different hairstyle, weight loss, puberty, also taking care of your face with acne, wrinkle cream etc, braces. Just because you look weird in the past, doesn't mean you're going to be ugly for the rest of your life.
