This reminds me of how the high school that I went to was. Regular high schools are packed full of kids that don't want to be there.. The high school I went to was very different.. no restrictions if you don't want to be there there was no punishment you just don't come. It created this environment of the ones that were there in the classroom were there because they wanted to be there. I loved that high school it made sense to me even back then.
