I know of skins, and I know of the gorgeous Mitch Hewer, but I've never seen the show.

It is possible that this song was on Skins, as The Boy Least Likely To is a British indie group.

well, the chords sound similar, so it does sound a little like that intro music is this song sped up to about 8 times the original tempo.
