@triciamatsuda Whats the age for skating professionally?
-
Its GREAT! For a beginner..

when I first started I think I skated 5 hours/week for the first 3 months... then it slowly went down to 2 hours/week. I haven't been on the ice for 2 1/2 months, I miss is badly!!

@cheekyloas
nah, inline skating is very different from ice skating!!! Yes, you are too old to do it professionally, but you have a great shot at becoming a great skater!! I wish I were 14 when I first started skating!!!

Damn, for only skating for a month, that's REALLY good! I've been taking classes for 4 months, just started working on my Adult (at 30)ISI Gamma/Delta moves, with a slight tapping into Freestyle 1 by working on two foot spins.

yeah, the fast progress was hard to keep up... been skating for almost 3 yrs now, been off ice for 5 months, I'm a mess!!!

Hi, how do you keep your feet together in the 2foot spin? I tried to learn it today but my blades end up miles apart within just the first revolution, which stops the spin. :( What's the trick to keeping your feet together?
