This fan is a joke. Tt will ventilate a small attic but you can buy a gable or roof mount fan at a big box store for less than $100. Simple installation? Ha. Ha. Have you ever worked in an attic, cutting through the ceiling & hooking up the electricity? If you're going to do anything, use a REAL whole house atticfan, one that has at least 30 to 36 inch blades. These old fashioned fans really do the job this guy describes. The fan he displays won't do the job. Stay away from this joke of a fan.
