Plz help Every time it just kills me. I do everything how ur meant to, 400%shields and all, i stand on the gun but each tiem it says i got killed by the vehicle!!! help

how do you not die when you PFR, everytime i try it i die....or nothing happens...and i have 400% health on too.....any help? plz..
