"White trash" is defined as people who lack social status and used as a slur to describe financially, economically or culturally disadvantaged Caucasians.

Therefore, if you're saying that Vancouver is culturally disadvantaged, then you've failed to realize that Vancouver is a culture melting pot. It is also not financially or economically disadvantaged, either.

Does Vancouver have flaws? Yes. But so do all cities.
