This is a quick tutorial on how to make a System Restore point on Windows Vista.
(This will work on Windows XP (I will make a tutorial)
System Restore Points, makes you a backup of System Files (Mostly DLL Cache)
In case a Virus came in. Or you touched or modified the DLL Files, and didn't know what you were doing xP

Well this will help. It's pretty much an Old thing from Microsoft, but It really helps.
So watch this video if you want to do this, in case your parents might get mad at you for corrupting your computer. You could restore it and your parents won't get mad at you without knowing it.

If that doesn't work . Try like... Being the Administrator. Are you a limited account? and do you have any other programs (Like Bitlocker) blocking you from security issues?
