Went to Montreal for the Grey Cup in November! Great food in this city, best in Canada! Schwatzs was the best smoked meat, and so unique. You get to sit at a table with other people, its sooo cheap, theres stuff all over the walls bout Schwartzs, and the line outside was crazy! And the place looks like such a dump, but it just makes it better!

Not just best in Canada, best in the world.. I've tried all the best delis in the world and Schwartz's always stands out.

Great documentary, I saw it on tv. But seriously, The Main across the street is the greatest on earth. But the lines are at Shwartz's...which is good cause I never have to wait at The Main.

I used to live a block away from what is unquestionably the best smoked meat (and best smoked meat joint) on the face of the Earth. Someone said "Benz" smoked meat?? If you mean Ben's smoked meat, I've been to Ben's and the smoked meat there is pretty standard.

I now live in a different city but every time I visit Montreal, Schwartz is always #1 on my list to do (2nd is the french patisserie La Duc De Lorraine in Cote de Neige).

Damn...I'm hungry just thinking about it.
