I'd say it's a success for your first time around on the video. You chose a seemingly played-out argument and breathed relevance into it, especially toward the end when you brought in the argument of electronic sampling.

On that particular point I think copyright still belongs to the sampled artist, as well. I appreciate what urban artists are trying to do when they borrow, alter and remake music, but in the end it's not all their own work. Visual arts help make the concept even more clearcut.
