Maybe raise your hand instead of talking in the middle of somebody else talking expecting them to listen to you? I think this was the outcome you were looking for though and you did just that and documented it on camera but it wasn't very effective.

Not very effective lobbying. You interrupted and ended up looking like a dick.
You should have dressed up in a suit, and handed out cards telling people to "ask The Congresswoman about Single Payer Health Care!" or "Ask The Congresswoman why she doesn't support HR 676" So that way everybody in the room would be asking questions, and you don't turn her supporters against you.
