i still feel like the family guy theme to europe from the first season of Arby n the chief is the real theme, but this one is pretty good though.

I found out. It is apparently FL studio, which has a 30 day demo including all the plugins. I use it and it is pretty easy to use. I made a nice tune within an hour, but I am not finished.
