Rice balls are fabulous as a side dish or an entrée. This dish can be modified in various ways; for a healthier version opt for ground turkey or chicken rather than beef, or if you are a vegetarian omit the meat altogether. We hope you enjoy our first Italian recipe!

Hello, thank you for a well detailed instruction on making rice balls. I like to promote frequent hand washing prior to, during, or immediately after cooking. I noticed that you have touched your hair during the process of preparing your food, and this disturbed me, as there are others that will be eating your food. I strongly recommend to be more vigilant about those sort of things. Tie hair back and keep away from eyes and food would be ideal. Thanks

There was a pizzeria near me that would cut them in half after they fried them and put sauce and mozzarella on top a bake them for a few minutes. I will be trying your recipe. Thanks!
