Marco Passarani - Lector Red Bull Music Academy

I've been in Sochi last weekend for the Winter Music Conference. Its where the who is who of the Russian DJ and club scene is meeting. I was just missing the Moscow underground people, that I respect and like so much, but I guess they don't think its their type of event.
Anyway, Red Bull flew in Marco Passarani, the Italian techno legend and Red Bull Music Academy team member. I was lucky enough to meet and hang out with this nice and down to Earth guy. He worked a 4 1/2 hour set which was very emotional and carried anything from techno to house to acid. He even got a bit on the French side, not only with funky soulful tunes, but also the Justice type stuff, but of course all of it were fabulous remixes, anything else than commercial. It was a true journey into sound and I am glad I've been there and able to hear it.
