All time classic! ~ Invigorating, fascinating fight scene between "Victor McLaglen, former boxing champ VS John Wayne" is phenomenal, A must be watched by all wimpy men & 'henpecked' ~ 신나고, 통쾌한 결투장면.. 공처가들 꼭 보아야 하는 명화!

Thought this was a documentary until yer man said "This is a private fight"...., should have got the message when the money went in the fire right enough.

He was actually 67 at the time, but I agree. He died 5 years later of a heart attack, so he couldn't have been in good health here. He was once a wrestler & a heavyweight boxer of some acclaim. British army heavyweight boxing champion of 1918. Fairground boxer taking on all comers to last a 3 minute round with him. & performed 6 round boxing exhibitions with world champ Jack Dempsey! In Victor's prime, he would certainly have knocked out the Duke.

Stuntman or no, it's pretty impressive that McLaglen could do this scene in his early 70's......
