This song is special to me because I quoted the lyrics in a the first love letter I wrote 35 years ago to the spouse I am married to today. We have been happy together all that time. I changed "tiny" hand to "loving" hand, but the rest works. Oh yes, did I mention that we are a same-sex couple? Just thought I would mention it so the loving Christians on here can have a shit-fit and dump on our love.

@wgs1960 I have long ago learned that it is a waste of time and effort to argue with someone who bases his jugements on literal interpretations of the Bible. @Valteron8 First of it is a sin for man to have sexual relations with another man. Lev 18:22 Says man do not lie with man as you do with a woman. For this act is a detestable sin. This is God laws not mine. God doesn't change. I know love the person hate the sin. Lev chapter 18 and read it please.

@wgs1960 I am sorry but you have me confused. You do not hate same-sex couples but it is the life-style that's wrong? What the hell does that mean? Do you approve of my same-sex spouse and I or do you not? Our relationship includes sex, like any married relationship. Do you condemn that or not? You can't have it both ways. You can't say you don't hate gays but condemn the expression of gay sexual orientation as wrong.
