It's not funny, For the most part I found it a lil disturbing, But then again from my understanding. The couch was like his father, The mother said " you are like your father " to the couch. So the father probably was the same as his son. And we all know the couch wasn't a good guy and didn't really care and have much feeling for anyone. So I think the meaning of this film is all about karma. What goes around comes back around. His father might have done the same. Same will happen to the couch.
