  • This fire went to three alarms. A great job to Newington Fire, and the numerous mutual aide departments, despite the crappy weather that day...

  • WOW!!! Our hearts go out to you and all of your losses! We love you & glad you are SAFE!!

  • @acut4utoo you better be a little nicer they risk thier lives to save people

  • yo darin

nice fire watch out for tornados

  • It was a shity conicidence that this fire occured on a day when there was a severe storm that came through the whole county. We called several departments for mutual aide, but alot could not send anyone, cause they had their own cluster in their towns. It was so bad, we had departments comming from Maine because they were the ones that weren't tied up. Could things have been different if this was on a bright sunny day.. sure, but shit doesn't happen like that in the real world.

  • hey since you never see the in this film the fire blowing out of EVERY WINDOW on the second floor, not to mention thru the roof before the arrival of the first due engine, why don't you shut the hell up and learn what you're talking about. just so you know too genius, this fire had at least a 20 minute head start before being reported. since the on duty crew was at another call, they had to wait for off duty guys to come in and mutual aid wasn't available until 20 minutes after NFD arrived.

  • Hey douchebag, where in that video did it say it took any amount of time to get water on the fire? Were you there? Do you know the entire story? I wasn't there but I also never heard any time frame mentioned once in that video. Or are you one of those civilians who just wants to see something being done and has no real idea how to fight fire? Lets not forget that they stopped the fire from ever entering the apartment or spreading to the barn.

  • are you serious it took newington fire 25 min BEFORE they ever put water on that house...Yeah great job ..great basement savers
