Hi,
------
Update: Because of the (more than expected) requests of the MP3, I placed the file in my Box.com account.

Thanks everybody for your interests, now grab the file! ;)
------
I'm back with a new beat and this time I've chosen Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata to be the main melody.

I've always loved this piece of music, so I wanted to make a beat including the melody.
I liked the way Alicia Keys used it for her album, so I decided to make something from it myself.

It's not exactly like Moonlight Sonata, but this was the best way I found it to fit into a beat.

Everything is made using FL studio, a few plugins and my ears, no samples used.

I'm pretty happy with the result and I hope u will like it as well. :-)

VST plugins used:
- Pianoteq
- Edirol Orchestral
- Sytrus

Drums are made with a drumpack I found on the net, much better quality then the built in samples.

Leave a message if u want, ask questions if u need to know something and subscribe if u like my style. ;-)

Later!

  • How did you write those oboe notes?

  • @vega777JJ Hi, I just started adding some notes and played around, so nothing is really written. That's how I always make stuff, just put in some notes and add some more until I get something I like. :)

  • @100ThomasFletcher You're not the first one thanking me for that, but you as well are absolutely welcome.

  • Thanks evenrybody for the kind comments, also thanks for all the criticism. You see, music is a matter of taste, I don't expect the whole world to love it! I just want to entertain people with my music! The ones that hate it or feel I ruined a song, no problem, it doesn't hurt my feelings or anything at all, haha. Those should just look for their entertainment elsewhere. ;-) Thanks again!

  • I really like you version! Very interesting how we both wanted to make our own version, and get such different results :)

  • awesome version!

  • very nice....thx

of course this is a classic but I know you mean no disrespect

  • Very nice, but for me, I would have dropped the beat somewhere and tried to add something fancy with a different instrument, like you are jamming to the original song.

    However, very nice indeed.

  • adorable =)

  • @klapnek very well said!!! i wish more people would look at it like that!!! and nice job dude this is great!!!

  • I really like this. It's really really good. You should see if you can do something with Bach's Fugue in G minor. That's a really good piece. :)

  • 0:00 (for listening again and again)

    I absolutely LOVE this!!!!
