  • I just got a kettle bell and started exercising again....after a long time. My twins just turned three and I can't blame my fat on them anymore.

    I'm starting slow...so we will see.

  • Do not forget nutrition. You can workout all day but if you do not clean up your eating you will not be happy.

  • Nice video for using kettlebell for exercise, but it won't give you alone the body and looks you ever wanted. It also requires proper and efficient diet in order to loose fats. I have a link on a site that gives you great stuff for all of this in building muscle strategically and in loosing fats. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • 50s work and 10s rest? You're going to need to be ONE FIT MOTHER to even *start* this progression. 30/30 smokes me. I had to start at 30/90! (But yeah, decrease that rest yo burn baby burn!)

  • You are soooo right. I actually have neurofibromatosis and I have been looking at ways to decrease their size and a lot of people have been eating raw vegan. Although I don't think I can do that ALL the time but I will be trying that for a little while to see if they do get any smaller. (My case really isn't that bad.)
