That is so sad. Just because Jane hd given birth to a son that Anne and Catherine didn't, she wasn't supposed to die. She was soo kind and loving, but I prefer Anne instead. But I don't mind at all, this was totally heartbreaking.

back then the average life expectancy as low as the mid 20's, she lived a long a prosperous life by their standards in a world full of shit. as dicked up as that may sound

This is so heartbreaking! I never thought I'd feel sorry for Henry, he looks almost pathetic here. She really was perfect for him and now that she had secured her position with a son she would have been untouchable and would have had his love and gratitude for the rest of his life. It is sad to think of the potential lost in Jane, she was a good queen and would have been even better if she had survived. But in dying at her peak she was immortalised and no other could match her in Henry's mind
