Yer mate - I actually went to the area shown in the footage as their had been previous recent reports in this vicinity. In saying that though it is such a large area to cover that its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. In regards to the location shown in this footage there was a report 10km from the Sawpit Dam location only two nights after I took this footage!!! The lookouts give a good indicator as to the vastness and type of scrub of the mysterious Pilliga.

Disappointed with the quality of the footage though. Standard cameras just don`t transfer over well at all on You Tube. Looks like I`m going to have to start saving my penny`s for a high-definition.
