# 181 - *Whisper* Deep Sleep Ocean Hypnosis

Hey guys :)

In this video, I will be whispering to you while you listen to the relaxing sound of the ocean waves. We will start by relaxing your mind and body. We will do with some breathing techniques to let go the tension, repeat calming affirmations, and finally visualize a beautiful beach and completely wind down and fall asleep.

Classic "whisper-sleep-hypnosis" videos such as this draw me in like a magnet. Direct relaxation, smoother volume than soft spoken videos, and the suggestions to sleep at the end (if I can stay awake long enough to reach them). I especially love the nice, hour-long videos - they practically guarantee I'll fall asleep at some point.

Though I really had some trouble this one. I'd hate to dampen the perfect love found here; somehow this just doesn't knock me out like others do. I wonder why...
