Man, how freaking sad - I really am disgusted by this story. It fills me with hate for the TSA - seriously, how many people think the US (government) are still the good guys?

@macloverAK Actually, it was TSA's fault and they have admitted that the whole situation was handled wrong. The TSA would not apologize so heavily if they were in the right. There are plenty of other sources to find out about this incident and they all agree on the facts. Your response makes me think you are a TSA employee by the way you patently defend them, despite all the proof on the internet about this case.
