A 5lb Boston Butt/Pork Shoulder brined for 12 hrs and rubbed with assorted spices. Plan to smoke it at 210-230F for 8-10 hrs. First half of smoking will be done with beer-soaked hickory and finished with Coca Cola soaked hickory.
