Getting into Those Jeans: Final Check In

This will be my final check in for my jean progress. I started a size 22 and will be trying to get into a size 11/12 Levi's. I discovered they are ultra low waist, so these aren't the best to use for weight loss tracking.

Why has no one told you about P90X? This is the greatest exercise program. When i was joining the Marines in 2008 I had to run the track (1 mile) in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't do it. I downloaded the dvd's and never looked back. I also smoke, I noticed a difference in my breathing. This completely helped me do the mile in less than 90 days. I noticed a difference in less than one month. I swear this isn't an ad. Try it , you'll get in those jeans in no time at all.

Just started my weight loss vlogging! So excited to 'meet' people like who have done so well. I go to WW and as far as "not losing" they say you have not reached and actual Plateau if you take eight weeks of your loss (and/or gain) divide by eight and if you average a half a pound per week it is considered good loss. I KNOW that is not how it feels, but still!
