  • 1:43 - is that Harry Potter singing???

  • @Fireproof1313 I agree I cry every time I hear it and love to sing it,,

  • For those debating the Calvinist vs. Arminian message of this hymn, remember that Wesley (both Charles and John) believed that there was a process of salvation. If you read all six stanzas of the hymn, you see that process clearly. This hymn does not proclaim salvation to all, but that all have the opportunity to receive salvation. The hymn is a story and instructions of how Wesley himself found his assurance of salvation.

  • @mrmiltonalmeida As a Methodist Pastor and scholar, I must say that is a lot of revisionist history there.

  • @igeku And I could give you plenty more verses that go against the 5 points of T.U.L.I.P.

  • @igeku I am not talking to you! "The Lord is not willing that ANY should perish but that ALL should come to repentence". However, He gave man a will and some DO perish but you calvinists don't believe in the free will of man. God chose to give man a free will. Methodists are not historically reformed or calvinistic.

  • @ILovestorms lol care to prove that we do? scripture verses to prove your point? anything major we do to disagree with most other baptists? any proof of those?

  • I can't fully comprehend this kind of Love but I thank you my Lord all the same!

  • @abelsumi7 Your pastor must be a calvinist. He is wrong and so is mrmiltonalmedia. They take passages and verses out of context and twist it to make it say what they want it to say.

  • Never heard of this one at all
