@AntiKyrgyz. The most turkish left cyprus when english came. only few stayed. Almost every turkish cypriot lived in cyprus before the turkish invasion was christian until he was forced to became muslim. Afterall the men of ottoman that stayed the were foreigns here. why could they decide the future of cyprus? It is just the turkish policy. Invade, then tell its theirs
-
@aekdriver21 Wrong, there are turks living the north, they lived there for 700 years, since Ottoman era.
-
@exitre It is also WORLDWIDE recognised that cypriots are concidered greeks since 3000B.C.
-
@exitre hahahahaha. It's funny you dont know history. First of all Turkey didnt exist back then. Turkish Invaded cyprus in 1571 and took over control from the venetians (previous conquerors). If the greeks couldn't afford to pay their taxes the turkish cut their heads. If the greeks wanted to stay alive they were forced to became muslims. THATS HOW "TURKISH CYPRIOTS" CREATED. When the turkey sold cyprus to england the most muslims that stayed in cyprus were those who were greek-muslims
