'Arcane is Still Balanced' FX Speed Edit

A quick speed-edit of how I did the targeting effect during my last arcane video, I was running on about 4 hours sleep over 2 days for this video so there's a few "derp" moments here and there.

How did you first get into Vegas/After Effects? Were those programs related to your university/school studies, or did you decide to learn them for the purposes of making pvp vids?
